I receive an error during file donwload "no video was
found on the page"
Please check our issues
page to see if you need to upgrade your Video Piggy version. Video
sites often make changes which make it necessary to modify our software.
If upgrade doesn't help, make sure you entered a valid video page URL.
Try viewing the page in Internet Explorer, to see if it loads correctly
and indeed contains the video. Currently Video Piggy allows
downloading videos from teh following websites: YouTube, Google Video,
Metacafe; trying to download videos from other sites will result in this
error.
If the page loads correctly in Internet Explorer, and is from a
supported site, please check our current issues page.
I receive an error during conversion "cannot open
file"
The output file you specified to be saved on your computer cannot be
created by the converter. Most probably causes are: it already exists and
is open in another program (like Windows Media Player), was specified on a
read-only filesystem (like CD-ROM), you do not have permissions to create
a file in that directory, etc.
I receive an error during conversion "unsupported
codec"
Try to upgrade your DirectX version to latest release from Microsoft
website. If it doesn't help, check our current issues page.
