"This book will question
everything you've ever been told about eating for body fat loss.
Brad's book turns the industry upside down and shows you how to

the missing link in your body fat loss nutrition
program."

Are you ready to improve your body, your health and
your life?
Dear friend,
If you?ve found this site
then you are probably looking for a great weight loss and
body fat burning program and may have already heard about
Eat Stop Eat. Most likely, you?ve read about Eat Stop
Eat somewhere on the internet and are curious about what this
book is all about and who wrote it.
Well let me be right up
front with you, My name is Brad Pilon and I wrote Eat Stop Eat to
help people understand the amazing weight loss results they can get
by using a simple combination of flexible periods of intermittent
fasting and weight training.
Now, I know what you are
thinking, ?Did he just say fasting??. Yes, Fasting. But, before you
read any further, let me assure you, with Eat Stop Eat, your
metabolism will not slow down, you will not lose muscle, your
workouts will not suffer, and you will not become a ravenous eating
machine.
You will simply lose weight, quicker and easier than
ever before.
I understand this may seem a little confusing,
after all everyone has heard of things like ?starvation mode?, and
the benefits of eating multiple small meals during the
day.
So how can so many people be raving about the Eat Stop
Eat program if it involves short periods of intermittent fasting?
Wouldn?t they all just go into starvation mode and stop losing
weight?
In reality, many of these so called ?diet truths? are
actually incorrect. They are all based on the principle that you
must keep eating to lose weight. This idea has never made any sense
to me, yet the diet industry keeps on trying to convince you that in
order to lose weight you must keep eating!
There are literally billions of
dollars being spent every year on weight loss and diet
books. It seems like a new book comes
out everyday telling you what you need to eat to start losing
weight.
I?ll be the first to admit that many of these
programs will work, at least for the first month or two (as long as
you are restricting your calories), but none of them can promise
long-lasting weight loss. They are simply too restrictive, too
complicated and let?s face it, some of these diets can consume your
life. You can spend your entire day planning and preparing your
meals!
Trust me, if you want to lose weight this sort of
obsessive compulsive eating is simply not needed. Eat Stop Eat outlines the real
reasons behind why people are successful at losing weight and
burning body fat without following some ridiculously difficult
weight loss program.
In fact,
I created Eat Stop Eat to be an "ANTI-DIET" for people that are sick
and tired of trying to measure out and eat 6 small meals per day. If
you are frustrated and overwhelmed by trying to follow the rules of
"bodybuilder style nutrition", then Eat Stop Eat is for
you.
Discover how this one of a kind method of fexible
INTERMITTENT FASTING can help you BURN FAT EASILY and naturally
INCREASE GROWTH HORMONE. Eat Stop Eat is the most effective and
EASIEST DIET PLAN for WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS.

"...I went from
245 lbs in the middle of July to 185 lbs today November 7th.
Only about 3 and a half months and 60 lbs!!!"

Brad, With "Eat Stop Eat" I was able to
completely overhaul my entire diet (eating whole foods, lean
meats and limited processed foods), as well as eat
smaller portion sizes and how to tell when I wasn?t
hungry anymore. I also found certain foods that irritated
my stomach and was able to get rid of them, and now feel
physically better than I ever have.
When I work out,
I don't feel weak or drained. My energy level and
strength has not decreased and my workouts are just
as good if not better than before (I can now do wide grip
pull ups). I also find that my mood isn't affected, I
don't get light headed or any of the common symptoms
people believe happen when you fast.
Right now I
fast Tuesday after supper until Wednesday 24 hours later,
as well as Friday after supper until Saturday 24 hours
later. I no longer even think about fasting I can just
tell myself I'm not eating for the next 24 hours and it's
done. I don't find myself feeling like I have to make up
for lost calories and overeat during the rest of the week
and it shows.
I went from 245lbs in the middle of
July to 185 lbs today November 7th. Only about 3 and a
half months and 60lbs!!! "Eat Stop Eat" helped me to
throw out my bad habits and my addiction to eating and
over eating, and adopt a real balanced diet I never
thought I would be able to do.
Thanks for all of the
work and insight

"...in the first
picture I was close to 250 lbs and the second picture I am
about 190 lbs!"

I purchased ESE last April and I saw
incredible results and I was close to my goal of a 6 pack by
mid May.
I really feel like ESE is something that I
will do for the rest of my life. Since I have a family
history of Diabetes I feel like that it might give me some
protection against that.?

"...Once I got
into ESE, I stopped searching for more diets, workout plans
etc... I've found what I searched for; an easy and healthy
lifestyle which I know I can follow the rest of my
life."

I've never been obese, but I've been a
little chubby. My weight was 88 kilos. I know my weight gain
wasn't enormous, but it was irritating me. So I decided once
again to take action. I googled the word "six pack" (:-)),
and concepts like HIIT and full body training came to my
knowledge? However the 6 meal a day approach did not and
still doesn't cut it for me. I'm a grad student and don't
have either time or money to prep meals every 3 hours.
Furthermore I was almost addicted to counting calories and
investigating healthy food combinations and such (OCE).
I found your website one day surfing the Internet.
The moment I'd read through the site I knew I'd found
something. The idea of fasting really fascinated me. The
"eating-all-the-time" didn't produce the results I wanted,
so I decided to buy your book. After reading it the same
night, I tried my first 24 hour fast. I remember I was
preparing myself to the big task I thought a fast would be.
I got a positive surprise. I wasn't hard at all! Of course I
got (and still do when fasting) small periods of hunger.
They usually last about 10-30 min., and I have about 2-3 of
them during the 24 hours. Most of the time I don't notice
them anymore. However this kind of hunger is not the same
you get when eating 6 meals a day and
miss-a-meal-kind-of-hunger. That's pure evil:-) When fasting
you learn that most of the so called "hunger" you have is
not real hunger. It's more a habit to eat at certain points
during the day. A bad habit.
I lift heavy 3 times a
week and fast 24 hours 1-2 a week. Most of my meals are
healthy. I focus on fruits, veggies, eggs, meats, and nuts.
But if I'm out I eat the food I'm served, if I want a beer,
I grab a beer etc. I don't feel bad about this at all! The
fasting gives me this freedom, and opportunity to really
enjoy the foods I'm eating while still being in shape.
My current weight is now 75 kilos and my fat
percentage is usually between 10-12%. If I want I can get it
lower but I'm satisfied to be in this range. I lost 12 kilos
from mid september 2008 to the beginning of january 2009,
and I kept this weight off since. People ask me how I did
it, and how I did it without working every day or insane
cardio regimes. I tell them I fast once in a while and use
my muscles 3-4 times a week in small brief but intense
sessions. The financial crisis have cut my income, so I
can't afford to go the gym anymore. Instead I've bought 3
kettlebells and now workout at home. I've done this since
february. (This is a great way to workout by the way - I
give it my best recommendation).
I am still met with
people who look at me like I'm dumb or something when I tell
them about the fasting. They say something like "that's not
healthy", "you have to eat" and bla bla. Most of these
people who tell me I'm doing it wrong need to lose weight
themselves, and they tell me that I need to do cardio and
eat small and frequent meals to "speed up my metabolism".
After reading your book I know they are wrong, and I will
continue to spread the word about the ESE-lifestyle. I have
convinced some to try fasting, and it has helped them
also.
I really want to thank you for writing "Eat
stop Eat". The content has helped me to live an active and
healthy life without it taking my time and energy. Once I
got into ESE, I stopped searching for more diets, workout
plans etc. I've found what I searched for; an easy and
healthy lifestyle which I know I can follow the rest of my
life. Thank you so much.
Yours sincerly, Claus
Aschou.

"...I've also
never felt as fit and healthy as I do right now...I have not
intention of stopping..."
Hi Brad, I'm a 30-year-old male who
works for a large insurance company/financial institution
based on the East Coast of the U.S. The office for my
division is located just outside of Chicago, IL. We have
about 40 people at my location. Back in late December, 2008,
one of our sales managers thought up the wonderful idea of
having our own office "Biggest Loser" competition. The
competition ran from January 9-April 9, 2009. I was one of
22 people who chose to participate. The contest was based on
a combination of percentage body weight lost and percentage
body fat lost.
I'm pleased to report that thanks in
large part to your program of intermittent fasting and
weight training I won the contest! I experienced total
weight loss of 35 pounds and nearly 8% reduction in body
fat. (I started at 210 pounds and ended at 175; and went
from 27.7% body fat to 19.8%.) Not only did I win enough
cash to buy a set of adjustable dumbbells, a stand, weight
bench, and some new clothes, but I've also never felt as fit
and healthy as I do right now.
Moreover, I have no
intention of stopping. I've experienced a complete paradigm
shift in my relationship to food. I know it sounds cliche,
but I truly do no longer "live to eat," but rather "eat to
live." It's incredibly liberating. And I love people's
reaction when they ask me how I did it and I tell them
"intermittent fasting." They look at me blankly tell them
the Eat Stop Eat story. The smart ones are inquisitive about
it, and the even smarter ones are giving it a try (one of my
co-workers and her sister fasted yesterday and said it went
well).
All that said, keep up the great work! I look
forward to your e-mails and hope you continue to dedicate
time to this field and spreading the good news about
breaking the bonds of OCE.
Sincerely, Louis

"ESE has helped me
lose about 60 lbs...It's been life
changing"
Brad, ESE has helped me lose about 60
lbs all together (in about the span of 10 months) and helped
me feel the best I've ever felt. I was worried about it at
first, but then upon Brad's advice after an e-mail exchange,
I just tried it out. It's been life changing. It's helped me
feel like I'm free from food and because I don?t have to
worry about getting so much food in a certain day helped me
get more variety back in my diet. I recommend to just about
everyone that they go out and get ESE and try it out. I love
ESE!

"...in my first
week I lost 8.8 pounds..."
Hi Brad, Eat Stop Eat is the easiest way
to lose weight. If you're tired of all the complicated diets
out there, just give a try to this way of intermittent
fasting. Just think about it, do nothing and lose weight. In
my first week I lost 8.8 pounds. After that a little less,
but I'm still losing. I want to thank Brad for giving us
this simple solution and for his work documenting the facts
about this way of life. Because you really can make this a
part of your lifestyle. Can you see yourself incorporating
your actual diet into your lifestyle? With this, you really
can. Just try it!
All the
best, Cristian

"This book has
really changed how I look at my desire to eat and what is
necessary for my body."

Brad,
I remember the first thing
I thought of when I heard about Eat Stop Eat was ?there is
no way I can do that. There is no way I can go 24 hours
without eating?.
The other day I had cereal at 6:30
am and then a protein bar at 10:00 am and then I was
absolutely starving at 11:30 am. How could I make it 24
hours?
Turns out, it?s pretty easy. My fasting days
are my most productive. I am not as hungry today as I was
that day after eating twice in the morning. I noticed that
in the book you say that people make about 200 choices about
food everyday, which I totally agree with. I could not
believe how much free time I have now on my fasting days.
The biggest problem I had on my first day of fasting was not
that I was too hungry, but I was too bored. I was not sure
what to do with all my time. I made sure the second time
fasting that I had more planned that day.
Something
else I have noticed is that I have an easier time focusing
on work and I have more energy for working out than I
thought I would have during my fasting days. I had a hard
time getting focused on work after coming back from lunch. I
often felt drowsy after lunch and would have difficulty
reading and writing. On my fasting days there is no drowsy
feeling.
Making the choice to not eat is easier than
any other dieting plan I have tried. I have found it easier
to fast then to not order what I want every time I go to a
restaurant or making my self go to the gym and work out
hard. Fasting is one statement I make at the beginning of
the day ?I am not eating today? and the rest is
easy.
This is my second fast and I am looking forward
to my third so I can get more done at work again. This book
has really changed how I look at my desire to eat and what
is necessary for my body. I look forward to fasting to be
apart of my life from now on.
Sincerely,
Dr.

You see, I have spent my life studying nutrition
and weight loss, and I have taken a very unusual path that
ultimately led me to writing Eat Stop Eat.
For starters, I
have an honors degree in nutrition. So I understand the classic
academic approach to how we should eat. I spent four years of
university studying all of the typical ?eat less calories than you
burn? type of stuff you need to know to become a
dietitian.
Now here?s were it gets interesting, right after
university, instead of becoming a dietitian, I started working in
the weight loss industry. From managing the R&D department of a
very successful sports supplement company to consulting start up
companies, manufacturers and top fitness magazines, I have seen the
inner working of the industry that only a privileged few have ever
seen.
Sure, a lot of people like to talk about supplements,
but how many have actually helped design some of the most popular
products on the market? You can talk all you want, but until you
have actually worked on the inside, you really have no idea how the
weight loss and supplement industry works.
During my time in
the industry part of my responsibilities included traveling the
world learning about potential cures for obesity (weight loss
supplements are big money, so the first company to come out with a
new ingredient that actually worked would be making
billions).
From China, Germany, Scotland, England and all
over North America, I have had the privilege of meeting some of the
world?s greatest minds in nutrition and weight loss.
Not only
have I been lucky enough to travel the world but I have also had
unlimited access to state of the art exercise physiology equipment,
the kind of equipment that would make many University laboratories
green with envy.
With this equipment I was able to conduct
multiple body composition tests on numerous athletes and top level
bodybuilders and monitor them while they dieted and tried new
experimental weight loss programs.
We?re talking cutting
edge stuff.
In fact, it was these experiments that ultimately led me
to leave the industry and pursue graduate studies in human biology
and nutritional sciences.
Many
of the experiments I conducted had results that were VERY different
from what I expected, and I soon realized that if I were to truly
understand nutrition?s role in weight loss, then I would have to
start from the very beginning and study what happens to the body
when it goes without ANY food.
Believe it or not, Eat Stop
Eat is actually all the research from the scientific reviews I
completed in graduate school.
That?s right, my research was
on ?The Metabolic Effects of Short Periods of Fasting in Humans and
its Potential Application in Weight Loss?, so in essence when you
read Eat Stop Eat what you are really reading is an easy to read
version of my graduate education!
I paid
over 10,000 dollars to gain this information, and now you are
getting it for 333 times less than what I paid!
What
To Expect With Eat Stop Eat
A One-of-a-kind Intermittent fasting
program: In reality Eat Stop Eat isn?t a diet at all,
its actually a one-of-a-kind flexible intermittent fasting
program. Most diets force you to make drastic changes in
your lifestyle, eating habits and even social habits?this is
recipe for failure that simply cannot be sustained for the
long term. Eat Stop Eat is a flexible intermittent fasting
program that you can easily fit into your lifestyle when you
choose.
Burn Fat Easily: All diets are
designed to help you burn fat, but Eat Stop Eat is designed
to burn fat easily. With Eat Stop Eat you will burn fat
easily and effortlessly. It truly is the only program that
gets you results from doing nothing!
Increase
growth hormone: It sounds funny but its true - One of
the most important hormones for losing fat is called
"growth" hormone! Eat Stop Eat is one of the only styles of
eating that can naturally increase growth
hormone.
Be your own weight loss
success story: Losing weight feels really good,
it?s an amazing feeling when you check the scale or the
mirror and notice that you?ve shaved off some more body fat
and lost some more weight. Keep track of your results with
pictures and measurements and BE YOUR OWN WEIGHT LOSS
SUCCESS STORY. You?ll be amazed at how much it does for
your confidence and how you can start empowering others
around you to do the same.
Easiest Diet Plan:
I?ll be the first person to tell you that many different
diet plans can work, but most are too difficult to stick to
for any real length of time. True fat loss and weight loss
success shouldn?t be difficult, the harder the diet plan is
to follow the more chance it has of failing, and I?ve tried
them all. Eat Stop Eat truly is the easiest diet plan you
can follow for long term success. But don?t take my word for
it, have a look at some of the comments on this page and see
what other people are saying about eat stop eat being the
easiest diet plan they have ever
followed.

Aside from being a nutrition professional, I am
also an athlete. I have competed in (and won) amateur bodybuilding
contests and power-lifting meets.
In fact, I have been a
weight room junkie my whole life. If I believed that Eat Stop Eat caused you to lose even
an ounce of muscle, I would never have published
it.
As you can see, my
background is pretty unique. How many other people are there in the
world, who have worked in research and development for the weight
loss supplement industry for almost a decade, left that industry to
study the metabolic effects of short periods of fasting, and who are
avid weight trainers, and then decided to share this information in
the form of a book?
I may
very well be the only person in the world with this type of
experience, and it is this experience that makes Eat Stop Eat so
unique, and so unlike any other nutrition book in
existence.
Eat Stop Eat is not about eating certain amounts
of food in certain food groups, nor does it push any special ?rules?
on you about what you can and can?t eat. What it does show you is
the simplest, easiest way to lose weight, and all of the science
facts that support it.
And here are some of the great
benefits that Eat Stop Eat can offer you:
You don?t have
to worry about food all day. Eating every three hours, cycling your protein
and your carbs, measuring your glycemic index, I don?t think any of
these things are needed for solid long lasting weight loss. With Eat
Stop Eat you can forget about all of these obsessive compulsive
eating habits.
Your metabolism will not slow
down and you will not go into ?starvation
mode?. With Eat Stop Eat
you will clearly see the research behind why short periods of
fasting will NEVER cause you to go into starvation mode. Your
metabolism will stay just as high as it ever was (In fact, some
research suggests it may even go higher!)
You will not
get light-headed and cranky! In actuality its a myth that not eating causes
you to become cranky or light headed. From my experience it is
actually a mental 'addiction' addiction to eating that makes most
people get cranky when they don't eat. Eat Stop Eat can help you to
break the 'food addiction' that causes this reaction.
You don?t have
to avoid going to restaurants with your
friends. Eat Stop Eat is
flexible. Spending months hiding from your friends because you are
on a restrictive diet is a thing of the past. Now you can enjoy the
freedom to live normally (and still lose weight) with Eat Stop
Eat.
You will save money. Eat Stop Eat won?t ask you to start drinking
goat milk or rice milk or any other expensive food that you really
don?t like. With Eat Stop Eat you will learn why you don?t have to
spend any extra money on ?special foods?.
You will boost
your body fat burning hormones. With Eat Stop Eat you will reap the benefits of
naturally increasing the exact same hormones that celebrities are
paying thousands of dollars for in an attempt to stay lean, muscular
and young looking.
You will not have to take any
weird supplements or eat special foods. Let?s face it. A good nutrition program should
not ever have to rely on supplements to help you lose
weight.
You will still have great
workouts. Think not eating
for a couple hours is going to ruin your workout? Think again. You
can still have amazing body fat burning and muscle building workouts
while following Eat Stop Eat.
You will not lose ANY of your
hard earned muscle. Eat
Stop Eat will show you the scientific facts behind why a lot of what
you are told about dieting and muscle loss is nothing more than diet
industry scare tactics.
You will lose weight, and this
weight will be all body fat.
With the Eat Stop Eat program, weight loss is steady and
consistent, and the weight you will lose will be body
fat.
You don?t have to avoid carbs, or
fats. Forget about eating
canned tuna and low fat cottage cheese for days on end, and Eat Stop
Eat was designed to work in the real world, so that people can eat
real foods.
You don?t have to eat mega-doses
of protein every day. Do
you think you need to eat 50 grams of protein every 2-3 hours so you
can gain muscle mass. Think again. With Eat Stop Eat you?ll learn
the real truth behind muscle mass and dieting. Goodbye expensive
gross protein shakes.
You will not have to take any
weird cleansing products or laxatives. Eat Stop Eat is an advanced intermittent fasting
program that is based on real world science. There are no weird
potions or laxatives involved.
You can follow the diet you like
best. With Eat Stop Eat
you can follow any style of eating you like, after all, Eat Stop Eat
doesn?t tell you what you can and can?t eat, that?s all up to
you.
You will be productive. With Eat Stop Eat, you won?t go into a super low
productive funk like what happens with some traditional diets. In
fact, many people have told me that they are their absolute most
productive on their fasting days!
You will have
energy. With Eat Stop Eat
you will not feel tired, cranky or lethargic. In fact, I'm guessing
you will feel energized and alert.
And most importantly,
you will not waste any of your precious time!
Unlike other diet books Eat Stop Eat is not complicated,
and it is not hard to understand. It is not full of filler, it is
not 300 pages long and it is not 10 pages of diet advice and 200
pages of recipes. What Eat Stop Eat does have is a simple and
effective way to lose body fat that is easier than anything you have
ever tried before!
"...after reading
and testing Eat Stop Eat on both myself and my clients I had
a massive midset shift!"
As one of the UK's top fat loss
experts I'm always researching and testing the best ways to
burn body fat without losing muscle.
I used to be set
in my ways of 5-6 meals per day but after reading and
testing Eat Stop Eat on both myself and my clients I had a
massive mindset shift. Regular meals definitely work, but
sometimes it's just not practical for my clients who are in
and out of meetings, travelling or driving from appointment
to appointment.
Everyone is different so there is no
'best way'.
Since introducing intermittent fasting
with some clients who had stalled in their fat loss efforts
for a few weeks, they've started losing 2, 3, 4lbs per week
again - and they found it MUCH easier to introduce than they
thought.
I get them to time it with their most hectic
days at work which they love as it means they don't have to
either interrupt their work or miss out on meals and feel
guilty or frustrated!
They end up getting more done
with their days and cut their food bill down!
On a
personal level my body fat has dropped slightly but most
importantly for me I have maintained muscle mass, so don't
worry about that! I've also developed a new relationship
with food and seen the light with regards to what I have
wrongly believed from supplement companies trying to force
more protein down my throat!
If you're looking for an
easy way to create a calorie deficit for fat loss without
worrying about calorie counting, fat content or losing
muscle, get Eat Stop Eat now!
I've even introduced it
into my latest strength and conditioning product - that's
how much I believe in it!

"Eat Stop Eat it
is easy, ridiculously easy!"
Hey Brad,
I?m a trainer and deal
with more false information each day than I thought I ever
would in a month. One such ?truth? is that people just
cannot gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Not only
is it possible, I?ve done it with people for years now, with
Eat Stop Eat it is easy, ridiculously easy. One female
client of mine had hit a plateau for about three months. She
was only dropping about a pound each of those months and her
strength was going up ever so slowly. She agreed to try Eat
Stop Eat, eat until satisfied when she was eating and to get
rid of the after workout shake. The next month she lost five
pounds and all of her lifts went up rather steadily again.
After measuring her body composition she in fact gained two
pounds of muscle, making the fat loss actually seven pounds.
Now whether that was completely accurate I don?t know, but I
do know that she now gets compliments like crazy about how
lean she looks.
Oh, and by the way, when she hit her
plateau she already could see the outline of her abs when
she flexed. Now she sees all of them, and you know how slow
it can be to make progress when one is already very
lean.
Thanks,

"...I am not
kidding when I say that ESE is the only fat loss program I
have ever tried that has worked for me on a substantial
basis..."
Brad, I am not kidding when I say that
ESE is the only weight loss program I have ever tried that
has worked for me on a sustained basis. I've tried Atkins,
Anabolic, Velocity, some coconut oil diet (the name of which
I can't recall), generally trying to eat more complex carbs
and chicken, and countless other variations on the same
themes, but none of them have really stuck for me. I've been
doing ESE for 9 weeks and I have lost over 5 lbs of fat in
that time. And I have no desire to quit.
Ok, besides
the weightloss, why do I like ESE so much? Here's a quick
rundown:
Let's face it, every diet involves some sort
of restrictive behavior - eating less or more of this or
that. What makes ESE different is that unlike these other
diets that require that you maintain this restrictive eating
for, well, forever, ESE let's you jump in for one or two
non-consecqutive 24 hour periods per week, get it over with,
and then the rest of the week you are literally free to eat
anything you want and still lose tons of weight. How cool is
that?
I'm telling you, it fits my personality to a
T. I guess this is a bit of a corollary to the first
reason, but because ESE really only requires you to suck it
up for 24 hours at a time once or twice a week, it fits into
my schedule a lot better. I just plan each 24 hour session
when I don't have any lunches or dinners scheduled with
others, and that leaves me free the rest of the week to eat
whatever I want and whenever I want with whomever I want.
It's like weight loss on autopilot. Nice.
Another
issue that I found with these other diets is that they all
seem to have some convoluted macro nutrient or calorie
guidelines that are just not workable in the real world. I
mean, how am I supposed to calculate the number of carbs,
protein and fats in a plate of this at each meal and then
keep a running tab so I make sure I don't screw up the plan
later in the day? It's just not going to happen. ESE, on the
other hand, is downright elegant in its simplicity. As far
as eating guidelines, there's one rule and one rule
only.
And finally, there are the collateral benefits.
I don't know why it is exactly, but I sleep a lot better and
think a lot clearer when I'm on ESE. I'm able to cruise
through my workouts much easier too. And I am actually a lot
more aware of why I eat when I do because of ESE. (Don't
underestimate that last point - it actually may be the most
significant benefit of ESE that has allowed me to eat less
even when I'm not on ESE.) I'm not going to lie to you - the
ESE sessions were tough the first couple times, but now I
actually look forward to them for these reasons.
The
bottom line - ESE has been a homerun for me - period.

"...This is
actually the easiest process I have ever done with such
noticeable results..."
Hello Brad, I have to admit that I have
become very skeptical of all the diet and fitness hype I
have found on the Internet. I do not remember how I found
out about ESE, but I can tell you that it is working for me.
For 6 to 8 weeks I have been following your very simple plan
of 2 day a week 24 hour fasting and eating a normal diet of
good foods the balance of the week; nothing hard, stressful,
or detailed. I have lost 20 pounds since I have consistently
followed the plan. I also have been doing some weekly
exercise and short/intense cardio. I do not have much time
and am not a fitness nut. I just want to look and feel
better. I am going down another 10 to 15 pounds and will cut
back on the fasting to maintain a healthy weight. I find
that the fasting is easy, obviously money saving, and
comfortable to do.
This is actually the easiest
process I have ever done with such noticeable results. I can
honestly say that ESE has been the root of my success.
Everyone who knows me from friends to family have been
amazed. I am 54 years old and I have been trying to lose
weight for over 12 years with little success until now.
Thanx for all you have done to make this program available.
It is a very small price to pay for the guaranteed results
achieved through consistent application. I have requested a
refund for several programs (with credible claims) I have
tried that just didn't work. ESE is the only program that
has proven to work for me. I have been and will continue to
spread the word about ESE.

"...Your system is
truly the most effortless thing I've done in my decade since
college, and nothing's been as effective as
fast..."
Greetings Brad, I was a fit, cut guy as
I left college, six-pack and all. But my first job required
long hours behind a desk, a fair bit of time on the subway
getting to and from said desk, and enough stress that when I
finally did get home I didn't have it in me to work out. Add
a daily lunch at McDonalds, and I went from 180 to 230 in
about a year.
Eventually I changed jobs, changed
cities, and got back on track with working out. But while I
got stronger, I couldn't kick the weight I'd gained. Over
the years, I accumulated a good collection of books and
spent more and more time parsing what I ate and when.
Eventually, desperate, I bought a subscription to a managed
eating online service that told me what to eat, how much,
and when. My wife cringed on Sundays when I printed the
shopping list and we stopped sharing meals because I was so
insistent on sticking to the exact ?when?s? and ?what?s?
dictated to me by the computer.
It worked, for a
while. I shed about 15 pounds. But then I started to yo-yo,
and it seemed that the tighter I adhered to the plan the
slower my weight loss and the more frequent the
rebounds.
So I went back to books, spent more money,
got even more anal about the ?what and when? of eating, when
finally I came to your site. I bought Eat Stop Eat, but it
was another few months before I could actually believe
something so hands off could actually work?Eat whatever you
like following just a few common sense guidelines and fast
twice a week? Impossible.
Not when I had hundreds of
pounds of printed material laying out plans that required
spreadsheets and hours of planning and maintenance.
But finally, with nothing else able to break me
through the floor of my current weight, I tried it.
I'm never going back to anything else.
Your
system is truly the most effortless thing I've done in my
decade since college, and nothing's been as effective as
fast. Now I eat when I feel like it and just watch out for
bad eating habits, like boredom eating, and my weight takes
care of itself.
Better than that, my waist has
shrunk by two inches in the four months I've been following
your plan. I'm thinner now than I have been since college,
but I'm outperforming my college years physically. For
anyone scared that fasts eat into strength gains, I'm doing
the chinups now that I could in college, and one handed
pushups were a pipe dream back then; they're reality now.
Better still though, is that your plan has restored
a portion of my life to me. Now that food and mealtime are
no longer my enemies, social doors that my prior attitudes
had closed are open again. My wife and I can eat dinner
together again. When my mother comes for a visit and wants
to treat me to lunch, I can give her a time and a place
rather than a respectful refusal.
Finally, I've
experienced a side benefit that Eat Stop Eat wasn't designed
to deliver but that might resonate with a large number of
people these days: my grocery bill has shrunk along with my
waist. Since I only eat 5 days out of 7, I buy less food,
and in times like these, a healthy expense cut is a
wonderful thing.
You have become my sole source of
nutrition information, because through your plan I've
experienced an unparalleled level of success. That it
happens to be the easiest weight loss routine I've essayed
just makes it all the better. Thank you so
much.
Sincerely, Cliff

"...This method of
eating can dramatically decrease the risk of diabetes, heart
disease, Alzheimer's disease and cancer among many
others..."
Thank you so much for your Eat-Stop-Eat
book. I have been eating on a very similar pattern for most
of the time for three years. I find it very easy to wait
until dinner to eat every other day. I get one or two bouts
of hunger during the day. Since I have already decided not
to eat it is easy to ignore them and they go away rather
quickly.
Since I have been eating this way I feel
much better. My energy level and cognitive abilities seem to
be significantly improved.
I am a 53 year old
physician in the Army and was previously just barely able to
pass the physical fitness test. Now, I score relatively high
marks with ease. I am now down to my target weight and eat
almost freely on my eating days. It is a real pleasure to be
able to eat almost anything that I want without guilt. My
physical health has dramatically improved. I have not even
had a cold for the last three years. You don't talk much in
your book about the amazing health benefits of alternate day
fasting. I have done a significant amount of search in the
literature and the results in animal studies are tremendous.
This method of eating can dramatically decrease the risk of
diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease and cancer
among many others.
Thanks again. This is a great way
to eat and I strongly encourage you to keep spreading the
news.

"...I have already
had several people comment on my more lean appearance, and I
see it in the mirror..."
I am a physical therapist, and follow
nutrition research closely. I purchased your e-book and read
it in one sitting. Usually, I have been unimpressed with the
literature/programs that I see, but when I read your book,
the logic and science behind the program clicked for
me.
To make a long story short, I began the Eat Stop
Eat program at the beginning of March, and after one month,
I lost 5-6 pounds. My body weight exercises and clubbell
training continue to progress and I feel great on the
fasting days. I have avoided being too obsessive about the
duration of my fasts, sticking with 22-24 hours on Monday
and Thursday each week. I am pretty good at maintaining
quality nutrition on the other days, but I do enjoy a
chocolate dessert at times.
I have already had
several people comment on my more lean appearance, and I see
it in the mirror.

"?I?ve gotten off
a couple of medications, my BP has come way down, and most
particularly, the fasting has radically altered my appetite
and given me real high-resolution?"
Brad:
I?ve been fasting using EatStopEat
since right before the Xmas holidays and man did it make
a difference.
I had been doing resistance training
since last May, but still eating poorly. I made slow gains,
but when I added fasting the progress picked up tremendously
and suddenly in a matter of a couple of months I?m about
half way to where I need to be.
I?ve gotten off a
couple of medications, my BP has come way down, and most
particularly, the fasting has radically altered my appetite
and given me real high-resolution, i.e., I don?t seem to
crave food when I?m not particularly hungry. And, a bit of
hunger has actually become a pleasant feeling rather than a
gnawing feeling.

"I've been
following the Eat Stop Eat lifestyle for about 10 months
now. I've shaved off 15 pounds and kept it
off."
Hi Brad,
I want you to know that I've
tried every diet under the sun and this is by far and away
the most effective and easiest diet I have ever
followed.
I don't think I would even call it a diet,
its more like a lifestyle shift, but a really easy one. The
concept floored me when I heard it, and once I started it I
realized how easy and sustainable it really is.
I've
been following the Eat Stop Eat lifestyle for about 10
months now. I've shaved off 15 pounds and kept it off. This
is easily the lowest body fat percentage I have ever been
and I haven't lost and ounce of muscle (I am actually also
in the best shape of my life and the strongest I have ever
been).
The best part is that I still eat all the
foods I like, and it's taught me not to feel guilty when I
eat. I still eat m&m's at the movies (and popcorn!) and
I still pick whatever I want on the menu when I eat out.
There is no restriction on what you can eat with this
program. There is nothing else that comes close to the Eat
Stop Eat lifestyle for effectiveness and satisfaction with
your diet.
I promise you that I will urge anyone who
has tried to lose weight and failed to give Eat Stop Eat a
serious try. I think anyone can be successful on this
program. I know that I can and will follow this program for
the rest of my life!"

"I've fasted twice
a week for the last 6 weeks, and I've taken off 15 pounds!
What's been truly remarkable, though, is how easy it has
been."
Hi Brad,
First, it's amazing how
effective this has been for me. I have struggled for years
to get my weight down. Sometimes it worked (for a while),
but most times I fell off, and stayed off. I'd get
frustrated and upset, and put on more weight than I took
off.
Eat Stop Eat is different, though, and it's been
remarkable. I've fasted twice a week for the last 6 weeks,
and I've taken off 15 pounds! What's been truly remarkable,
though, is how easy it has been. On eating days, I try not
to overdo it, and try to make decent decisions about what
I'm eating. On fasting days, there are no decisions to be
made - just don't eat.
I have between 15-20 more
pounds to lose, and I am absolutely certain that I will get
there with this program. And, I'm completely confident that
I will be able to maintain my desired weight (210-215) for
the rest of my life. So, thank you for opening my eyes to
this simple yet effective idea.
Also, I thought you
might like to hear this. 4 months ago I went to the doc. I
weighed 253 on their scale, and my total cholesterol was 268
(not good). The doc gave me 4 months to take off some
weight, and get my cholesterol retested. I went back this
past Friday. My weight was down to 231 (a 22-pound drop),
and my cholesterol was down to 223! I know that I've got you
to thank for a good portion of that, so I wanted you to hear
of the good news.

I have no doubt that once you realize the eaze
and the simplicity of the Eat Stop Eat lifestyle you will be
absolutely amazed. You may even think that I am lying, but it?s
all true, and it is all backed by solid scientific
research.
When I finished writing the first manuscript of
Eat Stop Eat, I handed it to one of my friends who has tried just
about every popular diet on the market. When she finished Reading
Eat Stop eat, she put the book down, looked up at me and said
?Brad, if it?s really this easy, I?m going to be very pissed off!?
Well it is just that easy, and it does make that much
sense.
Let's Make This a No-Brainer for You?
You may
have noticed that I am not offering you seventeen free bonuses or
?special reports? written by random authors you?ve never heard of
before. Reason being ? You don?t need any of this fluff.
Eat Stop Eat will work for you, so I don?t
need to entice you with a bunch of meaningless extra ?perks? or
?empty promises?.
I honestly believe that in 5 years time
this is how everyone will be eating. But why wait 5 years? Like I
said, by then everyone will be following Eat Stop Eat. Once you
have read this book, I guarantee you will never pick up another
nutrition or diet book ever again! Nor will you need
to!
Sincerely,
 Brad
